Rubery Owen and National Apprenticeship Week 2020

Rubery Owen has a proud history of supporting many apprentices over the years.

During the 13th Annual National Apprenticeship Week, we are delighted to shine the spotlight on two of our Managers in Phoenix who joined as Apprentices. Sam Shevyn, Operations Manager, and Tom Batham, our Design and Production Manager.

We have asked Sam and Tom to share with us their Apprenticeship journey and offer some advice to school leavers. We have interviewed them about their career pathway, their proudest moments, their current roles, the elements of their jobs that they enjoy the most and their biggest challenges.
