We are delighted to welcome two new employees to the Rubery Owen Team.

A warm welcome is extended to our new Executive Assistant, Fiona Pedley, who joined our team on the 21^st of September 2020. Her role is based at our Head Office in Telford, bringing new opportunities to achieve our organisational objectives.

She is responsible for working closely and proactively with the Rubery Owen Executive Team, Board Directors and Shareholders, to support the innovative growth of our businesses. Fiona has over fifteen years of expertise in Executive Assistant roles, within the construction and automotive industries. We are confident she will be a dependable addition to our team, binding the Executive Team, the Board, and the Shareholders together.

She is a valued member of our team and is looking forward to the opportunity to learn and develop her skills.

We also welcome our new Junior Marketing Executive, Rebecca Price, who joined our team in Telford, on the 7^th of September 2020.

Her responsibilities include supporting our marketing team and RO Group companies, focussing on digital marketing, content creation and enquiry generation. Utilising her recent university graduate knowledge, and experience within the manufacturing industry, she collaboratively supports the RO team, with a new marketing perspective.

Rebecca is looking forward to developing her commercial marketing skills, with a career in our diverse team.
